What is a SEER rating
SEER rating is the Seasonal Energy Efficiency Rating, which is determined by how efficient your equipment is. This is how we can calculate ROI on a new system verus your current system.
Does EcoZapp provide a Manuel J?
Yes, we send all bids with a manual J report
Does every new system come with a 10-year maintenance agreement?
Yes!, with a few exceptions, being out of our service area would be one. Contact for all details!
Does every new system come with 10-years of air filters?
No , but we do offer air filters at very low prices compared to big box stores, and can even order 10 years of filters for if like.
Does every new system come with Arctic Blast?
We will be happy to add Arctic Blast to any new system. Arctic Blast deals with the refringent’s (R-22 or R-410a) efficiency, So making the Freon more efficient from the beginning with enable the system to run with lower monthly energy bills.
What is the quality assurance process?
A few steps in quality assurance involves our techs use our software and take pictures pre & post installs + you have your rep’s cell number, e-mail, our e-mail, email@example.com and more, to keep lines of communication open. We make ourselves easy to contact, as well as give feedback/ rating to our service visits and performance
How Does EcoZapp track performance of their service techs?
We use a couple different types of software which make it easy for our customers to leave us feedback on our performance and their experience with our service/ products.
Our 10 years of maintenance would probably be our biggest quality assurance follow-up process. We will be around checking up on our work and tuning it up every year.
